Villa Ashra is a traditional Egyptian villa built in the Nubian style, the property has 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with a Super King size bed and a beautiful domed ceiling, it also has an ensuite bathroom (ensuite has a shower/toilet and twin sinks).

Bedroom 2 This is a huge bedroom with a Super King size bed and overlooks the pool and the lagoon.

Bedroom 3 Is a lovely twin room with a traditional Vaulted ceiling.

The living area has a large hallway into the open plan Living room/Kitchen/Dining area. The living room has a Domed ceiling and the dining room has a Vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the property is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout to give a homely feel.

There is a second bathroom again with a shower, toilet and twin sinks located between bedrooms 2 and 3.

We have a large sun terrace on the 1st floor with a table and soft seating area.

The detached Villa has a double gate entrance with a sweeping drive, it has enough off street parking for several cars, with its lush gardens with many palm trees.

At the rear of the property you will find the swimming pool heated in the winter if required, there are 6 sunbeds and 2 separate seating areas, all of which overlook the lagoon and El Gouna PGA Championship Golf course. There is also an outside shower for your convenience.

The sun rises pool side of the property and stays until late afternoon/early eve (depending on time of year), when you can retire up to the sun terrace to watch a romantic sunset  over a glass of wine or two.

El Gouna is a unique town built on The Red Sea coast in 1989, it is located about 30 minutes drive North of Hurgurda airport. El Gouna is a gated town with security on all entrances and El Gouna Security throughout the town. There are two main shopping/bar/restaurant areas in El Gouna. These are:

Tamr Henna

The old town area which has many bars and restaurants as well as shopping areas for food and souvenirs, Tamr Henna also has a market area where you can buy all sorts of local crafts. Tamr Henna is 0.6km from Villa Ashra.

Abu Tig Marina 'The Marina'

The Marina is a modern marina surrounded by luxury yachts large and small, it is surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants with fantastic views. The shops are more 'up market' than those in Tamr Henna, in The Marina you can find designer clothes shops jewellers, property agents, Yacht sales, local art, furniture and antiques it also has its own Duty Free shop for alcohol, cigarettes and perfume. The Marina is 1.5km from Villa Ashra. 

There are many activities to do in El Gouna, as well as the dozens of bars and restaurants and several idyllic beaches.  El Gouna also has more active things to enjoy such as Snorkelling, scuba diving, swimming, paragliding, watersking, Kite boarding (El Gouna is one of the best places in the world for kite boarding), numerous boat or Yacht trips, Tennis, Horse or Camel riding, Golf (Villa Ashra overlooks the 14th hole of the PGA Championship Golf course), Go Kart Racing, you can even go to watch a football match! El Gouna is in the Egyptian Premier League and the stadium is a 10 minute Tok Tok ride away from the villa.
